Todd Turner was born and raised in Southeastern North Carolina and is a graduate of UNC-Chapel Hill. After school, he earned a 200 Ton Yachtmaster License and spent years moving and chartering sailboats around the Northern Hemisphere for hire.

In 2001, Turner earned his North Carolina Real Estate license and began rehabilitating distressed Wilmington properties, an experience he credits to his storied success representing buyers and sellers --primarily in historic downtown. In addition to managing his own properties, Todd enjoys designing and building wooden boats in his free time. He and his wife, Michelle, have a beautiful little girl, Mary Gretchen, and expect more to come.

Turner has been a multi-million dollar, top producer every year since 2003 and was named Sales Agent of the Year for his company in 2005.
