Chris has been a North Carolina native his entire life. Born in Greensboro, he graduated with a degree in the culinary arts in 1996,moved to Wilmington in 1998 and stayed until 2001. He then moved to Maui,Hi to accelerate his love of Pacific Rim cooking.He moved back to Greensboro to evaluate the possibility of opening his own restaurant in 2002. At this time real estate investment became a side hobby of his. In 2003 he created Cali Properties,Llc, a property investment and holding company. Soon the allure of real estate became the main focus of his life. Putting his restaurant plans on hold, he obtained his real estate licence in 2005 and quickly enjoyed the satisfaction of helping people obtain their dreams of home ownership.He moved to Wilmington in 2007 because of his love of the North Carolina coast and his family's property intrests here. Now with cooking becoming a hobby, and a benefit for his wife, he has his sights focused on the growing housing market in Coastal Carolina.
